***Please note as of 2/17/25 there has been an issue with Printix, they have been notified that there is an issue with the currently published documentation to add printers. The below is a Workaround that has proven successful until the bug is corrected and fixed.
Open the Printix Administrator from Printix Client: Click the arrow next to the notification area on the taskbar to reveal hidden icons. Click the Printix Client icon. If the icon is not visible, contact the Service Desk to have the Printix Client software installed or Download from the Company Portal in Windows.

In the Menu Bar at the top click on the Locations Icon

In the Left Hand Navigation Menu Select The Divison Location or Product Group
Choose the Network Location in which you would like to add the Printer

Click on the Plus Icon
In the Add Printer Dialogue Box input the IP Address of the Printer to be added to the Network Selected.

6. Verify Installation: Ensure that the printers are correctly installed and appear in your list of available printers. You can now print to the new Printix printer queues just as you did with your previous print queues.
