To purchase an Adobe License, you need to follow these steps:
Submit a Request: All purchase requests must be submitted through FreshService using the Adobe Licensing Purchase Request form located at: Adobe Licensing Purchase Request
Approval Process: Once the request is submitted, it will be reviewed and approved. You will receive a note in your Freshservice request once the licenses have been acquired.
License Assignment: After approval, the licenses will be assigned to your product profile. You will receive an email from Adobe with instructions to create a login and set a password to download the newest version.
Invoice and Payment: If you have an existing invoice that should be paid against a PO, create the requisition and attach the invoice to it. Once the PO is created, receive the order as soon as possible and forward the invoice to the AP team for processing.
