Using the requestor Portal:
To create a ticket, just click “Report an issue”. Then just enter the Requestor, enter a Subject and Description. Set the priority (defaults to low). You can also add an attachment. Then click [Submit].
Click on the “hamburger” by NBT-Nucor Business Technology to get menu to jump between “Solutions” (KB Articles), your “Tickets”, the Service Request Catalog, and your “Onboarding requests”.
Select “Tickets” from the Menu and you will see a list of all the tickets you submitted and their status. Just click on a ticket if you want to see the details or add a note to the ticket.
Selecting “Request a Service” from the portal home page will take you to the Service Catalog. From here you can make requests for software, hardware, or user access.
