NCF Zebra Printer Setup
Nucor Cold Finish group is standardized on zebra printers. For specific models, follow the instructions posted on the Zebra site.
The Zebra site has great documentation and instructions on how to set up printers:

First, it is important to install the drivers before plugging in the printer. Otherwise, windows will try to install default drivers that are not compatible, and they will need to be removed. Additionally, all the packaging from inside the printer should be removed before it is powered on.
After the drivers are installed, the printer can be connected through wireless, ethernet, or by USB. If connecting by USB, use the cable that came with the printer to connect it to the PC. If using ethernet, plug an ethernet cable into the back of the printer. The printer is compatible with DHCP, or a static IP address, gateway, and subnet mask can be configured under network settings. If using wireless, the ESSID, gateway, and subnet mask must be configured under network settings; a static IP address may also be configured.
After the connection method is configured, load the labels and ribbon. The printer will need to be calibrated, and print settings may need to be adjusted to create quality labels.
This model of printer includes a setup wizard that should go through these steps automatically, but these settings can also be changed manually if necessary.
